The Shire of Upper Gascoyne is developing a 5 year Local Government Public Health Plan to support a healthy, safe and connected community. It is also mandatory under the Public Health Act (2016). If you could take 5 minutes to share your thoughts with us to help shape this policy it would be appreciated. This is an anonymous survey. The plan will focus on promoting health and wellbeing, preventing illness and harm, protecting community health and safety and enabling people and communities to be healthy.
