The Stuck Cycle – Self-Reflection Survey
A short reflection for men under pressure to notice recurring emotional, mental, and relational patterns. Answer honestly – there are no right or wrong answers.
You don’t need fixing. You don’t need therapy language. And you don’t need to pretend everything’s fine. The Stuck Cycle is a short reflection designed to help men understand where pressure is looping instead of moving — emotionally, mentally, and relationally. This isn’t a diagnosis. It’s a mirror. Answer each question based on how things have felt over the past few months, not just today. Use a scale: Score each statement from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree).
