  • This Form is to become a pre-approved trader with us; once approved you will be added to our data base and emailed a link to a private facebook group where we will post upcoming events. Please check your spam folder to ensure that you have received the link.

    Proof of public liability insurance
    Proof of registered food company with local council (if applicable)
    Proof of food hygiene certificate with Food Standards Agency (if applicable)
    Photos of full stall set up

     

    Important: We cannot process your application without these doccuments and any emails that we try to send to you may go into your spam!

  • The organisers will endeavour to prevent duplication of products within the event but does not guarantee exclusivity.

    Any additions/amendments to the portfolio provided above must be approved by the Organisers. The Organiser will ask for any non-authorised goods to be removed from display.

    Stallholders must operate strictly within the marked boundaries of the stall site that has been allocated to them, generally 3m x 3m and avoid encroachment into neighbouring trader pitch space. Additional tables must fit within the allocated space (4ft is recommended). 

    The presentation of stalls must be of a professional standard that is satisfactory to the Organiser.

    Traders supplying their own infrastructure must ensure that it is good quality and weighted appropriately.

    Approval to use a portable generator can only be given by the Organiser and only in exceptional circumstances.

    Gas safety certificates must be provided for all gas appliances.

    Booking & Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving your invitation.

    If booking has not been made by this time the Organiser will assume you cannot attend and has the option to invite alternative traders offering a similar product range.

    If a trader cannot attend an event having received an invite please let the Organiser know via email.

    All stall fees are non-refundable unless in the event of extreme adverse weather conditions, causing the organiser to cancel the market.

  • We may ask for more images of your product or stand set up. If we have a pitch available you will receive instructions on how to pay for your pitch. Once you have paid you will receive an email confirmation of your booking. We will then email you a few days before trading day with set up instructions.

     

    Please note that we do not operate on a first come first served basis. Stalls will be allocated in advance and in accordance with our criteria. If you do not have a website or social media where we can view your products please forward additional supporting information and images to:
