The final poster should be in A0 portrait format.
Deadline for abstract submissions is March 17th 2026.
Feedback on the evaluation phase of all abstracts will be given until March 30th 2026.
1. Please enter the title of the abstract.
2. Please upload your abstract.
- The text must not exceed 1 page (font Calibri, font size title 14, font size text 11).
- The abstract must include the title, all authors and their affiliation.
- The abstract must include an image/graphic. The image or graphic should be uploaded separately.
3. Please upload the image/graphic
4. Confirm your submission details and complete the process.
Important:
Submitting an abstract does not automatically ceate a registration for the annual conference. We kindly ask you to register separately!
