All color services require a consultation. Accurate photos and full disclosure of hair history are required for proper timing, pricing, and results.

 

Results Not Guaranteed

Color results vary based on hair history, condition, and at-home care. Exact shades cannot be guaranteed, especially for corrective services.

 

Color Corrections

Color corrections are complex and may require multiple sessions. Pricing is based on time, product, and complexity — not a flat rate.

 

Hair Health Priority

I reserve the right to adjust or stop a service if hair integrity is at risk. Hair health will always come first.

 

Chemical History Disclosure

All previous chemical services (including box dye, henna, metallic dyes, relaxers, perms, or smoothing treatments) must be disclosed. I am not responsible for results caused by undisclosed history.

 

Allergy & Sensitivity

Color services may cause irritation or allergic reactions. Patch tests are available upon request. I am not responsible for reactions if a patch test is declined.

 

No Refunds or Redos

All color and corrective services are final sale. Any adjustments are at my discretion and may require additional fees. If you experience an issue with your color, you must notify me within 5 days of your appointment. Adjustments, if approved, must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. Concerns raised after 5 days will not be accommodated.

Client Space Requirements

Clients must provide:

Adequate lighting 💡
Access to water and electrical outlets 🔌
A safe, clean workspace for your stylist 🩷
A chair suitable for salon services 🪑 

 

 
If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, I reserve the right to refuse or stop the service.

 

Stain & Damage Disclaimer

Hair color products can stain surfaces, furniture, flooring, and clothing. Clients are responsible for protecting their home environment. I am not liable for accidental staining or damage that occurs during the service.

 

Pets & Children

For safety reasons, pets and small children must be kept away from the service area during the appointment 💕

 

Appointment Times

Appointment times are reserved exclusively. Every appointments time can stretch and differ depending on my workspace and services being provided. That said, please book accordingly.
