    2026 Registration Form

    21st March 2026, Tolaga Bay

     

    We’re looking forward to bringing our horse community together for a great day of team sports on the 21st of March, 2026. Please complete this form to register your team’s interest.

    • Entry Fee: $400 per team
    • We are accepting a maximum of 12 teams only.
    • Registrations will close once this number has been reached.
    • Further event details, and important information will be released once registrations are confirmed.

  • 🤝 Team Composition

    Each team must consist of:

    • Four Men
    • Four Ladies
    • Two Youth Riders aged 12 to 15 years
    • Two Junior Riders aged 11 years and under

    Teams must meet the above structure to be eligible.

  • 🚗 Travel Information

    The Waioweka Gorge is currently open. At this stage, travel through the gorge is operating under convoy times.

    If you are travelling from outside the Gisborne region, you may have to travel the day before, so please plan your trip accordingly and allow extra time.
