STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT All Charisma SPD students are expected to maintain professional, respectful, safe, and ethical conduct during classroom instruction, online learning, laboratory activities, clinical placement, and all communications connected with the program. Students must: • Attend scheduled classes and clinical assignments punctually and notify Charisma SPD promptly of an absence or delay. • Treat instructors, staff, classmates, patients, clinical-site personnel, and members of the public with dignity and respect. • Follow all Charisma SPD rules and all clinical-site policies, including instructions concerning safety, infection prevention, confidentiality, identification, dress, attendance, electronic devices, and restricted areas. • Protect patient, student, employee, and facility information. Students must not photograph, record, post, copy, discuss, or disclose confidential information except as authorized for legitimate educational purposes. • Complete their own coursework, quizzes, examinations, and assignments honestly. Cheating, plagiarism, falsifying records or clinical hours, impersonation, unauthorized collaboration, or sharing restricted assessment materials is prohibited. • Use online resources, accounts, passwords, course materials, and practice quizzes only as authorized. Students must not share access, reproduce or distribute protected materials, bypass assigned attempt limits, or interfere with program systems. • Report to class and clinical placement fit for duty and free from impairment by alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that could compromise safety. • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, bullying, threats, violence, retaliation, disruptive conduct, insubordination, theft, fraud, property damage, and possession of weapons where prohibited by law or policy. • Follow lawful and reasonable instructions and promptly report safety concerns, injuries, incidents, policy violations, or potential conflicts of interest. Charisma SPD may use progressive discipline when appropriate, including counseling, a written warning, probation, suspension, removal from a clinical site, or dismissal. Serious misconduct may result in immediate dismissal. Conduct that may result in dismissal includes violence or threats, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, theft, fraud, falsification of records or clinical hours, serious confidentiality or patient-privacy violations, cheating, deliberate safety violations, being under the influence, unauthorized access or sharing of course systems, refusal to follow lawful instructions, or conduct that causes a clinical site to remove the student. Dismissal for misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any refund will be determined under the applicable enrollment agreement, the Tuition, Payment Plan, Cancellation, Refund & Clinical Placement Policy, and controlling law. Charisma SPD will apply this policy fairly and may consider the seriousness, frequency, circumstances, and safety impact of the conduct.

$125 weekly for 12 installments, beginning 7 days after the $1,000 initial payment.

$250 every 2 weeks for 6 installments, beginning 14 days after the $1,000 initial payment.

$500 monthly for 3 installments, beginning 30 days after the $1,000 initial payment.

One secure Stripe checkout charges the $1,000 initial payment now, securely saves the authorized payment method, and automatically charges the selected remaining-balance installments. The Charisma SPD direct payment plan is 0% interest for the first 90 calendar days from the initial payment date. Subject to applicable law, any required approval, and the executed enrollment agreement, unpaid principal remaining after the 90-day deadline may accrue simple interest at 1% per month (12% annual rate), calculated daily on unpaid principal only, without compounding. Any post-deadline interest is separate from the automatic Stripe subscription and will not be automatically charged to the saved payment method without separate authorization.
