BUYER agrees to neuter/spay said Puppy after 24 months, but no later than 28 months of age. BUYER agrees to protect puppy from inadvertant mating or pregnancy until spay or neuter is complete.

It is understood by all parties to this agreement that this puppy is sold as pet only and not for breeding purposes.

SPAY/NEUTER PENALTY: $2,000.00 penalty fee charged if litter is produced from named canine.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to schedule and pay costs for the spay and neuter procedure.

BUYER agrees to provide written proof that puppy has been spayed or neutered by a Licensed Veterinarian. Proof of alteration by a Licensed Veterinarian should be mailed to the seller at:
