This is an application to be considered for admittance into a lay pathway program in the Diocese of Ohio School for Diaconal and Lay Ministries.

Submitting this application confirms that you have discerned and discussed this calling with your clergy leader and have the support of your faith community's vestry and that you are a confirmed/received communicant in good standing.

Your completed application and materials will be reviewed by the Canon for Leadership Development, Mr. Russ Tripi. If accepted, you will be sent an email with instructions to register for the May 8-9, 2026 kick-off event at Bellwether Farm. Tuition payment will also be due at that time.
