  • VINTAGE ROW is a curated vintage and antique market presented as part of the 2026 Daytona Beach Arts Fest, taking place April 11–12, 2026 in Downtown Daytona Beach.

    Located along Beach Street between International Speedway Blvd and Bay Street, Vintage Row features a hand-selected group of vintage, antique, upcycled, and creatively repurposed vendors, offering unique finds, collectibles, décor, fashion, and one-of-a-kind pieces. This curated section is designed to complement the fine art experience of the festival and create a distinctive shopping destination for collectors and art lovers alike.

    Sunday, April 12 | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    Set-Up Options:

    All vendors are juried. Acceptance is based on originality, quality, and overall fit with the curated vision of Vintage Row.

  • PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION

    1. Curated Market / Jury Process

    Vintage Row is a curated section of the festival. All vendors are juried and approved based on quality, originality, and fit with the overall vision of the market. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.


    2. Eligible Merchandise

    Vintage Row is reserved for vendors offering:

    • Antiques and true vintage items
    • Vintage collectibles and décor
    • Upcycled or repurposed goods
    • Art made from vintage or reclaimed materials
    • Vintage fashion, accessories, and jewelry

    Not Permitted:

    • Mass-produced or imported resale items
    • Commercially manufactured wholesale goods
    • MLM / direct sales products
    • New retail items that are not vintage, repurposed, or vintage-inspired


    Festival management reserves the right to remove any items that do not align with approved categories.


    3. Images Required for Jurying

    • Vendors must submit clear photos of their work/products and booth display with their application.
    • Applications submitted without images will not be considered.
    • Products displayed at the event must match the images submitted and approved.

      4. Booth Setup & Tents
    • Tents are required for all Vintage Row vendors unless a table is purchased under the Vintage Row shared tent.
    • All tents must be clean & professional looking – no dirty, torn or tattered tents will be allowed.
    • Tents must be properly weighted (40 lbs per leg recommended).
    • Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, displays, and weights unless purchasing a table space in the Vintage Row Pavilion.

      5. Set-Up, Tear-Down & Event Hours
    • Vendors must arrive during assigned load-in times only.
    • Early breakdown is not permitted and may result in exclusion from future events.
    • Booths must be fully set up and open during all festival hours.

      6. Display & Presentation Standards
    • Displays must be clean, professional, and visually cohesive.
    • Table coverings must reach the ground on all sides.
    • No excessive clutter, visible storage bins, or cardboard boxes.
    • Signage must be tasteful and fit the vintage market aesthetic.

      7. Space Usage
    • Vendors must remain within their assigned footprint.
    • No encroachment into neighboring booths or walkways.
    • Storage behind booths must be neat and concealed.

      8. Electricity & Special Needs
    • Electricity is not guaranteed and must be requested in advance. Any special setup needs must be disclosed in the application.

      9. Conduct & Professionalism
    • Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner with guests, volunteers, staff, and neighboring vendors.
    • No aggressive selling, loud music, or disruptive behavior.

      10. Safety & Liability
    • Vendors are responsible for securing their merchandise and displays.
    • Festival management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
    • Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe booth environment.

      11. Compliance & Removal

    Festival management reserves the right to:

    • Remove unapproved merchandise
    • Require booth adjustments
    • Close any booth that does not comply with rules or festival standards
    • Deny future participation for repeated violations

      12. Agreement

    By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with all Vintage Row Rules & Regulations and festival guidelines.

    Application & Payment Process
    Vintage Row is a juried, curated market. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

    Step 1: Application (No Payment at Time of Submission)

    • Vendors submit an application with required information and photos.
    • No payment is collected at the time of application.
    • All applications are reviewed and juried by the festival team.
    • Applicants will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance by email.

     

    Step 2: Payment Upon Acceptance - This process allows us to curate a balanced Vintage Row experience and ensures vendors are only charged once accepted.

    • Approved vendors will receive a PayPal invoice or secure PayPal payment link.
    • Payment is required to confirm and reserve your booth space.
    • Booth space is not guaranteed until payment is received in full.

     


    Payment Terms & Deadlines

    • Approved vendors must submit payment by the deadline provided in their acceptance email.
    • Failure to submit payment by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of booth space.
    • Unpaid spaces may be released to vendors on the waitlist.

    Refund & Cancellation Policy (Optional – Adjust if Needed)

    • Booth fees are non-refundable once paid unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

    • No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellation, no-shows, or early breakdowns.
  • Should be Empty:
