Please submit a PDF document of a proposal, with the following information: The purpose of the partnership, a brief description of the activity/workshop, a detailed run of show of the activity/workshop, let us know if you have hosted the program before (if so, where and how many attendees did you have), a marketing plan (how many posts can you commit to, who will create the flyer, when will the program begin to be promoted, what platforms will be utilized, etc.), potential dates and times, the duration of the partnership if it is a recurring program, how you ensure the safety of guests who are participating in the activity, what role will the JLGP take in this partnership, what type of equipment is needed, do you have this equipment, and a detailed budget.
