  • Use this form to report non-emergency concerns like downed trees, code violations, or public nuisances.

    Once you submit your concern, it is routed to the appropriate department (Public Works, Code Enforcement, Planning, etc.). Staff will investigate and take appropriate action.  If contact information has been provided and follow-up is needed, we may reach out with updates or questions.
