By submitting this application for the 12th DIMF MusicalStar Audition – North America, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Personal Information & Privacy
I consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal information for the purpose of administering the audition process, evaluating submissions, and related communications. Information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for audition operations or as required by law.
2. Audition Materials & Media Release
I confirm that all submitted materials (including videos, photos, and documents) are my own work and do not infringe upon any third-party rights. I grant DIMF and its partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to review, store, and use submitted materials for audition evaluation, promotion, documentation, and archival purposes. Materials will not be used for commercial purposes without additional consent.
3. Audition Results
I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee selection or advancement. All audition results and decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of DIMF and its appointed judges.
4. Accuracy of Information
I certify that all information provided is true and accurate. I understand that false or misleading information may result in disqualification at any stage.
5. Liability Release
I release and hold harmless DIMF, its partners, and affiliated organizations from any claims arising from participation in the audition process, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
