Thank you for your interest in displaying your work at the Town Hall Gallery. We try our best to accomodate all submitters, but our space is limited. If we cannot show your work this time, please submit again!

Members may show for free, accepted non-members pay $15 at drop off. All proceeds go towards IAA programming.

The IAA and Town Hall Gallery do not take a commission from art sales. Art sales are at the artist's discretion.

Second in our 2026 series Earth, Wind & Fire is WIND.

WIND

Wind is movement, breath, and unseen force, usually felt more than seen. We invite artists to explore WIND as energy, change, and connection: the rustle through trees, the sweep across fields and water, the currents that carry seeds, stories, and spirit. Whatever your interpretation is, we're looking forward to seeing your work.

Submission deadline is February 25th.

Accepted artists will be notified March 1st.

The drop off will be March 6th 7:45am and 9 at Ipswich Town Hall.

Pick up: June 6 8:00 - 10:00 am at Ipswich Town Hall

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
The above info must also be affixed to the back of each piece upon delivery to Town Hall so we can make sure it matches the printed label. All work must be delivered between 7:45-9am on the Friday the show hangs - no exceptions.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS
All work must be picked up between 8-10 am on on the Friday the next show hangs – no exceptions.

If you are showing more than one piece, EACH piece requires a signed copy of this liability form when delivered.

1) Ipswich Town Hall and IAA are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the artwork while at Town Hall.
2) Neither the IAA or Ipswich Town Hall receive any commission for items sold while hanging at Town Hall.
3) Town Hall staff will not be involved in or responsible for the handling or sale of artwork.
4) Artists must handle all sales of their own work.

5) Artwork will hang for the duration of the show. Any sold work must be delivered by the artist after the show is over.
