Thank you for choosing to be a Food Truck at our First Fridays!
Step 1: Fill out this application to become a Food Truck Vendor for Main Street Enid First Friday's. You will receive a confirmation email after it is filled out.
Step 2: You will pay your Vendor Fee via the online portal listed on the Mainstreetenid.org Food Truck Page. Or send a check in the mail. ALL SALES ARE FINAL/NO REFUNDS
Step 3: You will need to make sure you have submitted all required paperwork to us (A. Copy of your current State Mobile Food Vendor License,(https://oklahoma.gov/fire/plan-reviews/food-trucks.html) B.Current Oklahoma State Health License. *Contact Garfield County Health Dept. 580.233.0650, x126 for assistance-Current Oklahoma Sales Tax Permit *Food Trucks are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax-Certificate of Insurance naming Main Street Enid, Inc, Garfield County, AND the City of Enid as additional insureds. General liability policy with $1,000,000.00 per occurrence $2,000,000.00 general aggregate limits. Sent to: vendors@mainstreetenid.org
Step 4: The week of the event you will receive an email with your location that WE place you at on the map for the event with setup and time instructions.
Step 5: After the event you will receive a Tax Letter from the Oklahoma Tax Commission that you will be responsible for reporting.
Just a PSA: While the event is a first come first serve basis, please be aware that there may be times where there are Food Trucks serving similar items. We will make sure to spread out your locations. If we catch that there are too many similar, we will reach out to you to ask if you are still okay signing up.
We at main street are a staff of 3 people that relies heavily on volunteers in our community for these events. We do our best to make these events fun for the community and appreciate your understanding on how we run these events to make it smooth for everyone.
