Role Overview
The Hospitality Experience Associate – Tea Connoisseur plays a key role in guiding guests through a refined afternoon tea experience. This position blends hospitality, storytelling, and attentiveness to detail to create moments that feel both personal and memorable.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, engaging, and elevated afternoon tea experience for guests

Share knowledge of tea, food pairings, and the local area throughout the experience

Prepare tea place settings including teacups, saucers, napkins, and spoons

Facilitate the Tea Flight Experience with confidence and clarity

Assist with food service as needed to support the overall guest experience

Complete daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to reset and care for the tea room

Provide prompt, friendly, and attentive service at all times

Anticipate guest needs and proactively create moments of delight

Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members

Build and maintain trusting, welcoming relationships with guests

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation

Demonstrate working knowledge of the tea menu, including seasonal offerings

Reliable transportation

Ability to carry hot and cold beverages and food trays

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Completion of ServeSafe Food Handling Certification

Ability to retain and recall detailed information

Required for all team members to be on available for Saturdays in May and December
Qualifications and Experience

Front-of-house hospitality experience preferred, but not required

Fine dining and/or barista training is a plus

Customer service experience preferred, but not required

Level 1 Food Safety & Hygiene for Catering certification preferred (training provided)
Expected Schedule

Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $15.00/hour + tips
