Ziggy Mealz’s event policies to ensure a seamless experience:
- **Sales Taxes**: All applicable sales taxes will be charged unless you provide a valid tax exemption certificate for your event’s location.
- **Service Charge**: A service charge is applied per person attending your event.
- **Securing Your Event**: To reserve our services, we require both a signed contract and an initial event deposit. Your date is only secured once these two items are received—dates cannot be held without them.
- **Leftover Food Policy**: In compliance with both Ziggy Mealz policy and State of Wisconsin Health Department regulations, no leftover food may leave the premises after your event. This ensures food safety by preventing improper storage. All served food becomes the property of Ziggy Mealz, and we do not provide take-home containers.
- **Cancellation Policy**: Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your event. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be applied to a future event if we can rebook the original date with an event of similar size. For rescheduling due to external factors (such as state/local restrictions or acts of God), your deposit may also be applied to a future booking.
