Thank you for being willing to CREATE a wonderful baking item to donate for our Missions Pie Auction this year!
Please note that you will need to bring your donated item to the Winnipeg South Campus (1397 Buffalo Place) at one of these drop-off times:
- MAR 7, 2026 - Saturday: 4:30-5:30 PM
- MAR 8, 2026 - Sunday: 8:30-9:30 AM or 10:30-11:30 AM
- Please do NOT leave items at the church anywhere other than at the "Pie Registration" desk at the entrance to the Chapel.
A few guidelines:
- You can make your pie/cake/dessert masterpiece(s) yourself or purchase something extra special to donate.
- Please remember that your masterpiece will need to be held at room temperature for up to *5* hours without melting or spoiling. (e.g. regular whipped cream will melt)
- For this same reason, we cannot accept donations of meat pies, quiches or meat patties for this event.
- Please bring your dessert in a container that you are willing to donate with the dessert. A sturdy base is important for moving your item on and off of the display tables during the auction. In addition, a cake box/cardboard box is also helpful for transporting it (available at craft and bulk foods stores).
Additional Notes:
- We reserve the right to place the donated item in either the Stage Auction or the Online Auction, depending on the quantity and variety of items we receive.
- Which service the donated item will go to auction is dependent on a number of factors (e.g. time of arrival, quantity or type of items received).
