BFNL Netball Clearance Procedure
Players wishing to transfer from one BFNL club to another during the current playing season and prior to 30 June.

Players wishing to seek a clearance must:
1. Fully complete this clearance application form and submit it prior to 30 June of the current season.
2. The Source Club has seven (7) days to respond to the requested clearance.
3. If the club fails to respond within 7 days then the clearance is
  automatically granted and the League Administrator or their designated
  representative will inform the player.
4. If the Source Club refuses the Clearance, the player has the right of appeal within seven (7) days of refusal.
5. On receipt of the players appeal, the League Administrator shall:
  1. Notify each affected party of the date, time and place of the Hearing of
    such appeal.
  2. No member of the Legal Profession shall be permitted to appear or act as an advocate before the tribunal/ Hearing Officer.
