$5 Admission for all spectators ages 5 and up

All visiting royalty admitted free with Sash only

Advanced door admission is available for purchase below with pageant registration to avoid the line at the door to get in!

Age Divisions (as of date of the pageant):

Little Mister Firefighter 0-4 years

Junior Mister Firefigher 5-9 years

Baby Miss 0-11 months

Mini Miss 1-2 years

Tiny Miss 3-4 years

Little Miss 5-6 years

Junior Miss 7-9 years 

Entry fee is $45

Theme Wear - Anything First Responder! 

Have fun with this one and show your personality!

Beauty - Party Wear 

Boys wear a suit or Sunday Best

Girls Ages 0-4 - short party dress

Girls Ages 5-9 - age-appropriate party dress, high-low or gown

This is a natural pageant, no excessive makeup, flipper or hair pieces, please

Awards:

• Winner in each division will receive a WV Royalty Crown, Pink Heart Company Sash, Custom crown box, an amazing prize package and reign over the 2025 Stonewood Firefighter's Festival
  
  • Division winners must participate in all festival events throughout the year:
    • Stonewood Firefighter's Festival August 1-3, 2025 
    • Stonewood Christmas Parade - Usually first Saturday evening in December
    • Must help with Stonewood Fire Department or Stonewood Firefighter’s Festival fundraisers over the next year
    • At least 1 appearance and/or social media post per month
    • Encouraged to attend the 2026 Queen's pageant (date TBD)
    • Return to crown title successor at 2026 Children's pageant
• Runner-ups in each division will be awarded
• Each division will also have side awards - Best Theme Wear, Best Dressed, Best Hair, Best Smile, & Most Personality
• Photogenic winner will be awarded - Optional add on of $10 to enter
• Fundraiser Jr Royalty Title will be awarded to the contestant that collects the most in donations for the Stonewood Vol Fire Department and will receive a crown, sash and a gift!  They will also be invited to represent at the rest of the festival and ride with our royalty in the Stonewood Christmas parade in one of our bright yellow fire trucks!
  • Money can be collected before the pageant from friends and family. All proceeds will go to the Stonewood Fire Department. Voting will be open during the pageant until intermission before awards. We will have a table set up at the pageant to collect donation votes and credit cards will be accepted. Donations can also be cast online: https://pci.jotform.com/form/26039765463816

Note: Contestant numbers are assigned by the entry postmark (First to enter, last on stage, per division)

Deadline for entry is Sunday, July 26 at midnight - No late entries will be excepted.

I warrant that the information given in this form is complete and accurate. You authorize us (Stonewood Firefighter's Festival) to make any inquiries necessary in connection with this information, any false information found about the contestant or any form of misconduct will lead to the cancellation of my registration and I will be disqualified and asked to leave the competition without benefit of refund.  Contestants must be WV residents to compete and cannot hold another current WVAFF title.  All proceeds benefit the Stonewood Vol Fire Department and the Stonewood Firefighter's Festival. All entries are considered a donations and no refunds will be given unless the pageant is canceled with the exception of Miss contestants. No late entries will be accepted. Director has the right to combine or change age groups based on participation numbers. All judges’ decisions are final. By submitting this form shows acceptance of these terms and conditions.
