    Once we have received this registration form, you will be contacted for payment.

    **PAYMENT MUST BE MADE

    IN ORDER TO SECURE A SPOT FOR YOUR CHILD** 

  • Payment Plan Deadlines: 

    4-Payments: First payment must be made no later than March 15

    3-Payments: First payment must be made no later than April 15

    2-Payments: First payment must be made no later than May 15

    Payment plans will no longer be offered for any registrations past the above listed dates. 

  • PRICING: 

    $55/day (9:00-1:00)

    $250/week (9:00-1:00)

    Siblings receive 10% discount

     

    Camp Hours: 9a-1p

    After care is available for $12/hour

      

    Children must be capable of participating in a 1:10 ratio.

    If the child requires 1:1 support, please contact us for more information. Examples of a child needing 1:1 support include but are not limited to, not able to participate and follow along with the group, eloping behavior, aggressive or violent behavior.

  • POLICIES: 

    Sick Policy: 

    Please do not send your child to camp if he or she is sick.

    Wait 24 hours after a fever has ended to send your child back to camp.

    In cases of vomiting or diarrhea, also wait 24 hours after the illness has ended. If the illness begins at camp, you will be notified immediately and asked to pick up your child. 

    Late Policy:

    Parent agrees that drop off time is no earlier than 8:55am and pick up time is no later than 1:05pm.

    A $12 late charge will be applied after 5 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time.

     Potty Training Policy (for children not fully potty trained):

    If your child is not fully potty trained, they must attend camp wearing a diaper or pull-up. Children who are in the process of potty training are also required to wear a pull-up or diaper during camp hours.

    Please note: Our staff does not provide potty training. While bathroom breaks are prompted and encouraged during designated times, we are unable to accommodate individual potty training routines or special schedules.

    If your child has an accident, they will be changed into a diaper or pull-up.
    Parents must provide a minimum of 3 diapers or pull-ups per day and a complete change of clothes (including socks).

    Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your child being unable to participate in camp for the day.

    Behavior Policy:

    While we try to accommodate all children, there are instances where you will be called to pick up your child and your child may be resigned from the program. Any instances of eloping, harmful, aggressive, or violent behavior towards other children or staff will not be tolerated. If your child exhibits behavior that causes injury to another child and/or staff member, they will no longer be allowed in the program or will be required to have 1:1 assistance.

    What to Bring:

    Please make sure that all of your child's belongings are labeled with their name.

    * Water Bottle - Must be re-usable with a screw on top - **No Disposable Water Bottles**
