POLICIES:

Sick Policy:

Please do not send your child to camp if he or she is sick.

Wait 24 hours after a fever has ended to send your child back to camp.

In cases of vomiting or diarrhea, also wait 24 hours after the illness has ended. If the illness begins at camp, you will be notified immediately and asked to pick up your child.

Late Policy:

Parent agrees that drop off time is no earlier than 8:55am and pick up time is no later than 1:05pm.

A $12 late charge will be applied after 5 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time.

Potty Training Policy (for children not fully potty trained):

If your child is not fully potty trained, they must attend camp wearing a diaper or pull-up. Children who are in the process of potty training are also required to wear a pull-up or diaper during camp hours.

Please note: Our staff does not provide potty training. While bathroom breaks are prompted and encouraged during designated times, we are unable to accommodate individual potty training routines or special schedules.

If your child has an accident, they will be changed into a diaper or pull-up.
Parents must provide a minimum of 3 diapers or pull-ups per day and a complete change of clothes (including socks).

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your child being unable to participate in camp for the day.

Behavior Policy:

While we try to accommodate all children, there are instances where you will be called to pick up your child and your child may be resigned from the program. Any instances of eloping, harmful, aggressive, or violent behavior towards other children or staff will not be tolerated. If your child exhibits behavior that causes injury to another child and/or staff member, they will no longer be allowed in the program or will be required to have 1:1 assistance.

Cancellation Policy:*

All services and fees paid are non-refundable.Refunds, credits, or makeup days for missed services will not be offered for any reason.By registering your child for camp, you are hereby acknowledging that you have paid to hold a spot for your child, and if the child does not attend, a refund, credit, or makeup will not be issued for any reason.
Payment Plan Terms and Conditions – Summer Camp:*

Pay in Full - Please check this box if you are not using a payment plan1. Payment Schedule - Families on a payment plan will receive an invoice by email for each scheduled payment. Payments must be submitted by the due date listed on the invoice. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to monitor their email and submit payment on time.2. Responsibility for Payment - Non-receipt of an invoice email does not excuse late payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payments are made on or before the due date.3. Late Payments - Payments not received by the due date will be considered late. A $25 late fee will be added to any payment more than 3 days past due. If a payment is more than 7 days late, your child’s enrollment may be suspended or canceled until the account is brought current. If payment is not received, the remaining balance may become due in full.4. Non-Payment and Removal - Failure to remain current on the payment plan may result in removal from the program. The camp is not required to hold a child’s spot if the account is not in good standing.5. No Refunds or Credits - All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance, illness, vacation, or early withdrawal.6. Collections - Any unpaid balances may be sent to collections or pursued through other legal means. The parent/guardian is responsible for any reasonable collection or legal fees incurred.
