    If your issue is a service call style question please use this format to help us diagnose your issue quickly, accurately and provide the most value for you. Customize the video as you wish - this is a general guide to help: 

    1. Show the Electrical Panel

    • Open the panel door (do NOT remove the cover unless you are fully confident, remember never put your fingers, screwdrivier or anything else inside the panel when the cover is off. The busbars inside the panel are live)
    • Show the breaker labels clearly
    • Show which breaker controls the problem area (if known)


    2. Show the Problem Device

    • Outlet, switch, light fixture, appliance, etc.
    • Film it clearly and steadily
    • Show the surrounding wall/area


    3. Show the Symptom Happening (If Possible)

    • Breaker tripping
    • Light flickering
    • GFCI not resetting
    • Buzzing sound
    • No power reading on tester
    • Anything unusual


    4. Explain What Happened


    Briefly explain:

    • When the issue started
    • What you were using at the time
    • Whether it happens constantly or occasionally


    5. Tell Us What You’ve Already Tried

    • Reset breaker?
    • Replaced bulb?
    • Swapped outlet?
    • Nothing yet?

    Do NOT remove panel covers, receptacles or plugs unless you are confident to
    Do NOT touch exposed wires
    Film clearly and steadily

    Video responses are not a replacement for an in-person assessment by a licensed electrician when one is required for safety, compliance, or repair.

     
    4. Safety Responsibility

    Please do not perform any work you are not comfortable with. If a situation appears unsafe, you should stop immediately and contact ElectriHelp to book an on-site visit. You acknowledge that performing any work based on our guidance is done at your own risk, and ElectriHelp is not responsible for any resulting injury or damage.

     
    5. Turnaround Time

    ElectriHelp will make reasonable efforts to provide a response within the stated timeframe; however, response times may vary based on submission volume and complexity. We aim for a response within the deadline you chose in checkout.

     

    Should we be past your chosen deadline we will refund 50% of your purchase. 

     
    6. No Guarantees

    ElectriHelp does not guarantee outcomes, cost savings, or successful repairs resulting from the guidance provided.

     
    7. Media Usage

    By submitting a video or images, you confirm you have the right to share the content. ElectriHelp may store submissions securely for a limited time fir service delivery and quality assurance but will never publicly share identifiable media without consent.


    8. Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of personalized digital services, all video review submissions are non-refundable once reviewed or responded to. Unless customer requires on-site service and uses ElectriConnect to hire contractor as per refund terms.
