    Market Members are responsible for all licensing and permits required by law to sell or promote their products. All items must be sold under license and in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations regarding the production, handling, and selling of the items.

  • MARKET SCHEDULING

    For rotating vendors, KCFM can guarantee participation in 6 market days. KCFM will give priority to the dates listed in the priority box below but cannot guarantee participation in those 6 specific market dates. However, vendors may be invited to participate in other market days based on their availability and the balance of vendor types at that market day. The vendor fee for any additional market day is $35 and must be paid ahead of the market date.

  • PAYMENT SCHEDULE

    VENDOR FEES DUE BY YOUR FIRST SCHEDULED MARKET DATE, PENDING MARKET MANAGER APPROVAL: $180 (6 markets @ $30/each) Vendor slots are not guaranteed until the fee is paid. Each additional market will also have a fee of $35/market. Participation in additional markets and payment schedule for them are to be determined by the Market Manager.
