This form should be completed by those at your church needing to recieve correspondence for Kids Camp for the summer of 2026. This is not for parents but rather the Kids Pastor, Lead Pastor, Church Admin, Bookkeeping etc.

More than one person can sign up using this form if additional people would like to receive camp correspondence.
