Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via this form within 10 business days prior to the meeting start date; requests received after the deadline will be ineligible for refunds. A service fee of $200 for physicians/corporate and $100 for all other categories will apply (or 50% for onsite loyal registrants).
