Claire House Children’s Hospice will be closing its Liverpool site from April 2027 until the end of 2029 to allow for the development of a new, modern, fully functioning hospice.

During this time, we want to understand how best to support babies, children, young people and families who currently access services in Liverpool. This survey asks about practical options for delivering care during the closure. Your responses will help shape how services are provided.
