The purpose of Iron & Fire is to form men spiritually, emotionally, and practically to lead their lives and homes in a way that honors God.
Participant Covenant

Please read the following commitments carefully.
By joining Iron & Fire, you agree to:

- Commit to personal and spiritual growth
- Be consistent in participation and attendance
- Follow attendance policy: Most sessions are in person; Zoom or recorded access is available when necessary. Two Zoom attendances count as one in-person session.
- Show respect for others and uphold confidentiality
- Demonstrate honesty and strong character
- Foster brotherhood and be an example across all age groups
- Accept accountability and leadership oversight
