  • Centering the Voices of Black Caregivers Supporting Loved Ones with Amyloidosis and/or Parkinson’s Disease

    About This Initiative

Friendship That Gives is unwavering in its commitment to Empowering Lives Through Inspiration, Connection, and Impact. Through our Fashionably Healthy Empowerment Series, we intentionally create spaces where health conversations meet cultural relevance, community advocacy, and holistic support.

Within the Black community, caregivers are often the silent strength behind the scenes—balancing family, faith, work, and wellness while navigating complex healthcare systems that do not always reflect or respect our lived experiences. Your voice is essential.

This questionnaire is part of our ongoing commitment to elevating culturally responsive dialogue, strengthening community-based resources, and advancing equitable health outcomes related to Amyloidosis and Parkinson’s Disease. Your insight will help us shape programming, partnerships, and support services that honor the unique needs of Black caregivers and the broader Diaspora.

All responses are confidential and will inform advocacy, education, and wellness-centered initiatives through Friendship That Gives.
