    Please fill in the form below if you're registering more than one company for the SNA-WI 2026 Annual Conference Conference. Or email/call the SNA-WI office at sna-wi@badgerbay.co or 920-560-5630 and staff can assist your group.

    Once you have completed this form, the SNA-WI office will process this and send you an invoice to pay. Please allow up to a week to receive your invoice from our office. All Annual Conference information can be found here.

    • Guest room reservation deadline.

    Monday, May 18, 2026
    • Additional fee of $250 per registrations received after this date.
    • Booth assignments will also be delayed for registrations received after this date.
    • Booth representative badge name(s) confirmed.

    Monday, May 25, 2026
    • Exhibitor Registration Deadline. No registrations will be accepted after this date.

    • 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape

    • (1) 7” x 44” identification sign.

    Check each type and quantity of exhibitor and/or sponsor opportunity your company would like to purchase.

    Then, list name, email address, and company representing for each person attending the Show. Include a "Y" or "No" in the "Welcome Reception - June 24" field if that person plans to attend the welcome reception event at the Timber Rattlers game.
