Tutor–Client Contract Terms

1. Services Provided: 2cool4school agrees to provide tutoring services in the following subject(s):

Tuition may be delivered in person or online as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Fees and Payment: Fees charged by 2cool4school will vary depending on the package selected, which may include:- Single pay-as-you-go sessions- Block bookings- Course packages or structured programmesAll fees will be clearly stated at the time of booking and must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

3. Bulk & Package Bookings: Where a bulk booking or discounted package is purchased:- Sessions are allocated to fixed dates and times- Booked dates and times cannot be changed, moved, or rescheduled- Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferableThis applies regardless of reason, including illness, holidays, or personal circumstances.By purchasing a bulk package, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

4. Cancellation Policy: For single sessions (where applicable):- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may still be charged in full.For bulk or package bookings:- No refunds or date changes are permitted once the booking is confirmed.

5. Safeguarding: 2cool4school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.The tutor will:- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries- Ensure sessions take place in a safe environment- Follow safeguarding procedures in line with UK guidanceIf any safeguarding concerns arise, appropriate action will be taken in line with local procedures.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection: (GDPR) 2cool4school will handle all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and its Privacy Policy.Information collected may include:- Student name and age- Parent/carer contact details- Educational progress and session recordsData will only be used for tutoring purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
