VOLUNTEER PILOT AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned Pilot in Charge, am here on a solely volunteer basis. I am providing my time and services with no expectation of re-imbursement.

Furthermore, I understand that Challenge Air is a non-profit organization whose mission is to use the power of the aviation community as a whole to proved motivational experiences for Challenge Air Kids, and that Challenge Air does raise funds to support the creation and maintenance of these Challenge Air Experiences. One of these experiences is the coordination and facilitation of volunteer pilots volunteering their own time, airplanes and experience thru the "Fly Day" events.

By signature, I state that no compensation, goods or services have been given in return for my contribution as a volunteer pilot for Challenge Air for Kids and Friends, Inc.
