    DISKING CLUB POLICY

     

    When you join the Disking Club, your first payment may cover two months’ membership, depending on the type of job we are completing when your plan begins.

    Eset Anti-Virus is the protection we recommend, this is included with the club.

    Club prices are non-negotiable and may change in the future.

    Disking reserves the right to assess customer’s hardware for suitability prior to joining the Club.

    To qualify for membership, we will need to assess the device before agreement.

    Club support may be interrupted by phone calls or walk-in visitors, so please be patient; you are important to us.

    The Club covers 30 minutes of active labour per month.

    Our fair use policy allows us to upgrade or terminate your agreement as required.

    The club does not cover hardware replacement, but we may discount, where possible.

    Club includes support for hardware when under the warranty period with the manufacturer.

    Club support includes handling on your behalf of devices covered under manufacturer’s warranty.

    One FREE annual Health Check per year will be included with each Club Membership; please schedule it when convenient.

    Stolen, lost or accidental damage is not covered; however, labour is.

    Discounted call outs are limited to one per month and must be within 10 miles of our store. Extra mileage will be chargeable. (One included call out with Premium Plus per annum)

    Data recovery is limited to level one; further complex investigations will be chargeable.

    In-store repairs are limited to one per annum per plan and include labour only.

    Remote support requires advance booking; please provide up to 48 hours in advance.

    We offer 10% price reduction on in-store accessories and consumables (except Apple) whilst membership is current.

    Please read our cancellation policy for club membership before you sign.

    Your device must be fully functional at time of sign up with Disking Club.

    A bolt-on service charge will be added if the included 30 minutes of service time is exceeded.

    One Remote Support Session of 20 minutes is included with Premium & Premium+ Membership plans. (no Apple devices)

     

    DISKING CLUB CANCELLATION POLICY

    Before you cancel… don’t lose your protection.

    If you’ve completed your first six months, you can still keep your award‑winning ESET Antivirus active for the rest of the year for just £29.99 — even if you choose to step away from the Club.

    It’s a simple and affordable way to stay protected, and many customers find it helps bridge the gap until they’re ready to re‑join.

    Whatever you decide, we’re here to keep your tech safe.

     

    Membership Terms for cancellation

    Essential, Premium & Premium Plus memberships have a minimum term of 6 months.

    When purchasing a new Laptop or Desktop, the discounted Club rate of £9.99 carries a minimum term of 12 months.

    Please contact us 30 days before your renewal date if you wish to cancel your Club membership and we will forward you instructions on how to cancel.
