  • Summer Program Registration 2026

    Please fill in the registration form below. Payment is NOT required upon submission, within 48 hours a breakdown for summer program fees will be posted to your client account for your approval before issuing your invoice for your payment.

  • Cancellation Policy: A 50% refund on dance camp fees and mini session fees will be provided until May 31st 2026. There are no refunds as of June 1st 2026. Thre are no refunds after a program has started. A $20.00 withdrawal fee will apply and a withdrawal form will need to be signed before a refund is granted. After a camp or mini session begins and you find that you are no longer able to attend, we will do our best to place your dancer in an alternate camp/mini session, if there is still space available. If The Dance Edge is to cancel a summer program, refunds will be provided in full. 

  • All Summer Mini Session fees are 10% off until March 31st 2026! Your discount will be automatically applied when regisrtation is submitted before 11:59 pm. 

     

     

     

  • SUMMER MINI SESSIONS: July 6th - August 13th

    Please indicate what classes you would like your participant to attend. Classes are shown by day of the week. This schedule is also found in the PDF package at the top of this form.

  • Who Am I?

    Please review the PDF package above for shcedule, placement, and general information. Dancers are palced based on their age as of December 31st 2026. Mini Movers dancers must be 1.5 years by July 1st 2026. Dacners are always palced by age and ability. 

    Class descriptions can be found in the PDF on the first page of this regisrtation form. 

    Dance With Me: Parent & Caregiver. Walking - Age 2 years or not yes ready for an indepdent class setting.
    Mini Movers: Indepdent level class.  1.5 - 3 Years (must be 1.5 by July 1st to ensure dances are 2 by the end of 2026). 
    Twinkle Stars: Pre-Primary Level 4 Years Old. 
    Primary 1 & 2 Level  5 - 6 years old.
    Mini 1 & 2 Level  7 - 9 years old. 
    Junior Level  10- 12 years old. 

    Please Note: Dancers who wish to participate in the Acro 1 & 2 class must be participating in the Combo 1 & 2 program as there is important warm-up and corrdination development that happens in the Combo program. These two classes work in combination with each other at this age.

    TUITION FEES: DISCOUNTS:
    30 Minutes = $97.00 + HST 2 Classes = $20.00 Off
    45 Minutes = $120.00 + HST 3 Classes = $30.00 Off
    60 Minutes = $135.00 + HST  
    Single Class = $20500 + HST  

    Single Class (Drop-In): Dancers must pre-register.
    Discounts:     Provided per dancer.

  • Participation Waiver:

    I am aware that the participation of myself/my child in dance and acrobatic dance, involves inherent risk and hazards. I understand that the activity that myself/my child is participating in is a dance or acrobatic dance class. I freely accept and fully assume (on behalf of myself or my son/daughter) all such risks, dangers, and hazards and the possibility of injury, property damage, or loss resulting from such risks and hazards.

    I voluntarily agree to release The Dance Edge from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that myself or my child may suffer or incur as a result of participation in dance and acrobatic dance lessons, including negligence on the part of The Dance Edge, it’s owner, staff, and/or contractors.

    As the Parent or Guardian of the above stated participant, if I cannot be contacted, I authorize The Dance Edge to seek medical services in case of serious injury or illness. I further agree to accept financial responsibility in excess of the benefits allowed by my health plan.

    I understand that The Dance Edge employees and/or its contractors will not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen property, or for any bodily or personal injury consisting of or arising out of any participation in any physical training or athletic activity.

  • Photo & Video Release & Acknowledgement:

    I herby acknowledge that all right, title, and interest in video(s) and/or photograph(s) in which myself/my child has participated, being original works, belong to “The Dance Edge” and that the said video(s) and/or photograph(s), its titles and all other constituents were prepared under the direction or control of “The Dance Edge”. I herby release “The Dance Edge” from all claims, which I may have now or in future, for compensation of any kind arising out of myself/my child’s participation in the said video(s) and/or photography(s) and acknowledge that “The Dance Edge” may use the video(s) and/or photograph(s) in social media, advertising, and archiving. “The Dance Edge” may choose not to use any of the video(s) and/or photography(s) at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. “The Dance Edge” reserves the right to discontinue use of video(s) and/or photography(s) without notice.

    I acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement and that I agree to conform and comply with this agreement in its entirety, that I have executed it voluntarily and that this agreement is binding. I consent to and authorize that use by “The Dance Edge”, or anyone authorized by “The Dance Edge” (including associates, employees, agents, or representatives), of any and all video(s) and/or photography(s) that have been taken of my child/children.

    BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL ABOVE STATED INFORAMTION IS ACCURATE AND UNDERSTAND THE CANCELLATION POLICIES LISTED ABOVE AT THE TOP OF THE REGISTATION FORM AND FOUND IN THE SUMMER PROGRAM PACKAGE.
