OCC Explorers - for singers in gr 1 to 3
This form is only for our choir for singers in grades 1 to 3. If your child is in Grade 4 and up, please go back to www.okanaganchildrenschoir.ca to schedule an audition time.
OCC Explorers will meet on Tuesday afternoons in Downtown Kelowna (exact location will be emailed to you after registration), 3:45 to 4:30pm, running for six sessions each term, with a maximum of 20 singers.
Parents, please fill out this form accurately as it will be the official record of membership for your singer. All information is treated as confidential and made available only to group leaders, and, in case of illness or accident, to emergency personnel. Thank you!

I understand that in order to complete this registration and retain my child's spot in OCC Explorers, I need to etransfer the full tuition fee for the six sessions ($120) of the Fall term to director@okanaganchildrenschoir.ca within the next 7 days.
I understand that if I require financial support to pay for the OCC Explorers fees, I need to email bursaries@oyvs.ca to ask for a Request for Financial Aid Form, before the 7 day registration period has expired in order to retain my child's spot.
