Thank you for your interest in The Foundations Academy, a K–6 homeschool cooperative located in Odessa, Florida. This application is for one student only. If you are applying for more than one child, a separate application must be submitted for each student. Please complete the application in full to the best of your ability. If a question does not apply, respond with “N/A.” Once your application is submitted and reviewed, we will contact you with next steps, which may include scheduling a family interview.
You are about to begin the online application for a student to be considered for The Foundations Academy, a homeschool cooperative offering academic enrichments and resources for homeschooling families. The Foundations Academy is located in Odessa, Florida.

Enrollment Information
- Applications are currently being accepted for Kindergarten–Grade 6 students for the 2026–2027 academic year
- Applications for Grades 7–8 will open on November 1, 2026. Applications received prior to this date will not be considered.
- Kindergarten applicants must be five (5) years old on or before September 1 of the enrollment year.
- Enrollment is based on grade level availability and physical space.
- Siblings receive preference, but placement for all siblings cannot be guaranteed.
Important Notes
- Each student may have only one active application. Please do not reapply for students already on the waiting list.
- All applications are subject to IEP review prior to enrollment. Misrepresentation of required services may result in denial or removal from the program.
- All fees and tuition are nonrefundable.
- It is the family’s responsibility to notify us of any changes to contact information.
- Accepting enrollment at The Foundations Academy does not remove your child from other schools’ waiting lists.
