Welcome to the 2026 Las Vegas Motorhome Expo VIP Experience hosted by National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC), a one-of-a-kind experience for those RV enthusiasts looking for a unique purchasing opportunity. A place to learn about and test drive all the latest offerings produced by the RV Industry. Both new and experienced RVers will be fed, entertained, educated and delighted with a one of a kind way to purchase the motorized RV of their dreams. Registration fees cover guests’ overnight camping (electric/water hook-ups) and may be applied to the purchase of a new motorhome at the event. All education seminars, evening happy hours, dinners, event entertainment and most meals are included with registration.

Each indoor exhibitor must have enough personnel on hand to cover the selected amount of exhibit space. Exhibitors must have personnel in their booth during all open exhibit hours. Exhibitors will also keep their space clean and tidy through the entirety of the Expo. If an exhibitor would like to change products to be displayed, a written request must be submitted via email (clasley@nirvc.com) at least 30 days prior to the event start date, otherwise permission to exhibit at the Expo may be denied.

Exhibitor will maintain, at its sole expense, comprehensive general liability insurance covering bodily injury and death to persons and property damage with minimum per occurrence limits of $1,000,000; workers compensation and employer’s liability insurance; covering all those engaged by Exhibitor to provide services on its behalf; and adequate casualty property coverage for its own property.
