There is no extra charge for attending the banquet for the first two Representatives this is included into the registration fee. If you don't plan to attend please mark not attending so that we may have a more accurate count and not over order meals.

Vendor set up can begin on the 19th after 3:00 pm if you woud like to be there for preconference attendees on Monday. We do ask that all vendors be set up by 5:00 pm on the 20th.

A Meet and Greet, as well as a Dice Dash, will be hosted after classes are finished on the 20th at approimitly 5:30 pm.

If you'd like to participate in the Dice Dash you must buy in and have a prize for the winners. $45 to buy in!

Description of product/service being displayed
I would like to buy in to the Meet and Greet Dice Dash and will have a prize for the event. ( Prize are up to the vendor. we often see alcohol, tools, hats and jacket to golf passes and hotel rooms and coolers)No, I do not want to buy in, and I understand I will not be able to take part in the Dice Dash and need to de select the poker run at check out.
I understand that by registering for the WWQ PCA conference that I Authorize the WWQ PCA to use my likeness in their newsletter, web site and Facebook pages.
I understand and I will follow all hotel and WWQPCA policies. (The Hotel and the WWQPCA respectfully ask that all hotel policies are followed specifically no outside alcohol to be opened or distributed while hotel event bar is open and operating. The WWQPCA and Hotel thanks you for your cooperation.)
I understand that I will need to have a representative at my booth on Wednesday 10-21-26 from3:00 pm to 5:00 pm for the vendor round robin class that gets attendees credit and vendors face time with potential clients.
