Vendor Registration for the 2026
Witching Hours Night Market is now OPEN!

Summoning witches, mystics and makers of all ages! Join us in historic Victorian Vandergrift for our 5th Annual Witching Hours Night Market. WHNM runs Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 4PM-10PM.

We have indoor and outdoor spaces available.

NO MORE 3D PRINTING OR SOAP/CANDLE MAKERS WILL BE APPROVED.

Once you submit your application and payment information, your application will be reviewed by the WHNM Committee. If accepted, your payment will be immediately processed. If we do not accept your application, your payment will not be processed and we will notify you of this decision. We will add you to a waiting list in case of cancellations or spots becoming available.

We will continue to accept applications, and send out acceptance messages, until our spaces are filled.

I understand that food being sold by Food Trucks/Booths at Vandergrift Pride must come from appropriately licensed commercial kitchens. Proof of liability coverage and certification must be available for display.

SECTION FOR OUTDOOR VENDORS ONLY

I understand that this is an outdoor event, spaces are 10x10. The event is rain or shine. Cancellation of event only in the case of severe weather. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, tents, weights, lighting and anything else needed for their set-up. There is no electric for outdoor vendors.

I understand that arriving outside of my specified time may cause me to be moved to another section.

I understand there are no refunds for registration fees once payment is processed.
