Art in the Plaza (formerly known as Art in the Courtyard) is an intimate, high-end art show providing a unique McCall experience in quality art buying opportunities, distinctive outdoor dining and an all around lovely Summer in the Mountains living experience.

You will be asked in this application to submit two JPEG image files of your recent work (completed 2021-2026). Each file can be no more than 3MB in size. These files will be used in the jurying process and for marketing, so please ensure they are of good quality and represent the work you will be bringing to the show. You are also strongly encouraged to submit a photo of your show set up.

Our selection process is first to look for quality of art (no crafts) and show set up, then a balanced mix of media, and then first come first served (all else being equal, those applying early are given priority).

If you plan to share your booth with another artist, please name the artist in the Notes section. That artist must also apply and be accepted.

How did you hear about the show?

I acknowledge that a late fee will be assessed if my application is later than the application deadline and I am accepted into the show. If accepted, I understand that in order to secure a booth space, I must pay the booth fee and any assessed fee by the fee deadline. Refunds may be issued on cancellations made after the deadline if the show has a waiting list that can fill the cancellation. I certify that all art for sale in my display at this show is of my own creation. I give permission for my art images to be used, with attribution, for publicity and advertising the show. I also understand that I am expected to staff my booth during the open hours of the show and for the duration of the show. I understand that no vehicles will be allowed in the tent area. I am prepared to unload and load from a parking area according to an established schedule and move by hand my art and equipment to my assigned booth space. I will follow the unloading/loading schedule given me and take no more than 30 minutes to unload or load when arriving and departing from the show. I will collect sales tax of 6% for the State of Idaho and 1% for McCall's Local Option Tax, for a total of 7% on each sale, according to the laws of Idaho and the City of McCall. I am responsible for paying the State of Idaho and City of McCall for any sales tax due. The city of McCall will not allow artists to participate in future Art in the Plaza shows until the McCall sales tax has been paid. Neglecting to abide by these terms and conditions risks my not being accepted in future shows.
