DAP FY25-26 Application Calendar

May 2025-July 21st, 2025	Complete pre-registration via Jotform OR notify Arts Programming Coordinator of intent to apply.
July 25th, 2025, 5:00pm	DAP Application Deadline
August 2025 (exact date TBD)	Peer panel convenes to review and score applications.
September 9th, 2025	Oneida Nation Arts Board (ONAB) meets to make funding determinations.
Week of September 15th, 2025	Applicants are notified of grant accpetance or rejection.
After October 1st, 2025	Upon receipt of signed grant agreement, payment of 1st portion of award will be issued.
June 30th 2026	Final grant report deadline.
July 31st 2026	Upon acceptance of the final grant report by ONAP, payment of 2nd and final portion of award will be issued.

DAP Policy Reminder:

Grantees who complete or partially complete their projects and fail to turn in their final grant report by June 30th, are ineligible to receive the remaining 25% of their award. The remaining 25% will be reallocated to the next year’s regranting budget. These grantees are not eligible to reapply for funding until their final grant report is received.
