Delegate Registration and Program Fee
 

Registration Deadline: June 15, 2026.  Remember that you may only list as many delegates and alternates as you have votes; however, you may list as many guests as you wish. 

Votes are determined by the player count from your total registration on file with NTSSA as of June 1, 2026.

1 - 500	Players	1 Vote		1,500 - 3,000	Players	4 Votes
501 - 1,000	Players	2 Votes		More than 3,000	Players	5 Votes
1,001 - 1,500	Players	3 Votes

A Joint Member Association shall receive a weighted vote based on the current total registration on file with NTSSA as of June 1, 2026. 

0 - 249	Players	0 Vote		1,001 - 1,500	Players	3 Votes
250 - 500	Players	1 Vote		1,501 - 3,000	Players	4 Votes
501 - 1,000	Players	2 Votes		More than 3,000	Players	5 Votes

Registration fee is $85.00 

Registrations received after June 15, 2026, will be $125.00 per registrant.

On-Site registration (July 31-August 2, 2026) will be $150.00 per registrant.

Registration includes Reception Friday Night, Goody Bag, Shirt, Awards Dinner Saturday, and Continental Breakfast Saturday and Sunday Morning.

Individual Awards Dinner Tickets may be purchased for $75.00
