Policies and Vendor Agreement
- Fuzz Run will provide one standard rectangular table and two chairs to each vendor.
- Vendors must be approved by the Covington Police Department. All vendor requests must be submitted by September 1st.
- Vendors will have limited access to power sources from any City of Covington building for any electrical components of vendor set-up.
- No political endorsements or campaigning can be done on City of Covington property.
- All vendors must be on-site and parked by 7:00AM on the day of the race.
- NO Refunds if the event is canceled due to inclement weather or situations beyond our control.
- Tents shall be secured by one of two means:
  1.     Sand Bags attached to all four corner posts of the tent
  
  2.     Concrete in a small container attached by I-Bolt and String to all four corners of the tent.
  
  3.     Please contact the Fire Marshal for other approved methods.
- No smoking at or near the booth/tent at all times during the event.
- No generators without prior approval.
- Vendors are responsible for complying with Covington Fire Vendor Requirements

Company logos need to be submitted to info@covingtonfuzzrun.com by August 1st, 2026 to be on the race t-shirt and banners for the corresponding levels.

By signing this form, you acknowledge this is a commitment to pay the selected sponsorship amount. Sponsorship recognition begins upon receipt of payment and logo. Logos received after August 1, 2026 may not be included on race t-shirts or printed signage.
