2026 Northern BC Toy Expo

EVENT DATES AND TIMES:
Saturday April 18th, 10:30am to 5pm
Sunday April 19th, 11am to 5pm

There will be time Friday, April 17th for load in and set up, as well as time Saturday and Sunday mornings before for set up, and extended time after Sunday 5pm for load out.

EXPECTATIONS OF VENDORS:
We are pretty laid back about most things, but in order to ensure a great experience for visitors of the expo, there are a few things we need to be a little strict on

First, vendors will be expected to be at their table/booths and ready to vend during the listed hours. Packing up or leaving before 5pm (yes, even 4:50pm) either day may result in a permanent ban from vending future events. Many people show near the end for many different reasons, one being us offering free admission for the final hour on Sunday! :D, but when you show up to an event and see half the vendors packing up it doesn't feel very welcoming. Volunteers will be available as usual id table coverage is needed for any reason, just keep in touch and we can all work together!

Second, and this is the easy one, this event is a place for fun, connection, learning and just overall having a good time, for vendors and visitors. Vendors will be expected to be kind to those around them. Everyone is welcome to attend or vend this event regardless of any differentiating characteristics, no bullying or hate or nasty attitudes towards others will be tolerated.

Third, not a requirement but a BIG help, if we accept your application and book you in, you will be invited to join the vendors only group on Facebook, this is by far the best way to keep in touch with us, as well as the vendors around you as we get closer to the event, we discuss specific set up times and other things as well. It helps us be a team!

And just a final little disclaimer! Submitting this application does not guarantee you a spot in the expo! We are sometimes required to hold off on certain vendors, for example if we have a high amount of the same types of booths, or if your product doesn't fit quite as well with our theme. However we will do our best to respond as soon as we can to all applications.
