    We offer a single 8" x 10" print to new customers.

  • Our printers are equiped with built-in specrometers which we regularly use to calibrate our broad spectrum 12-color system. Our colors should be extremely consistent year-after-year as long as you continue to format your files in exactly the same way once you get a sample (or proof) that you are happy with.

  • Please place a normal order that is roughly 4" x 6" to see how the paper will feel and your colors will look. This should cost $1-2 per print.

    We offer a single free sample to new customers so they can see the quality of our printing.

    If you plan to wrap your canvas: you must include the wrapped edges, if needed, in the dimensions you order. If you are wrapping your canvas using 1.5" deep stretcher bars, we recommend 2.625" on each side (5.25" total).

  • You may order the same size and paper type together, if you are making a single order form submission and some of your prints are to be done in black and white mode and some in color, please use the notes field below to differentiate which file names are to be printed using black and white mode or if you have any questions about printing in black and white mode.

  • Part of the 12-color system we use is 2x Black and 2x Grey inks which produce rich and stunning black and white prints. Under a magnifying glass, one could tell the difference between printing a greyscale image in color or black and white print modes. Since you are the artist and it's important we let you differentiate between printing in color or black and white.

  • If this item is being sent directly to your customer and you want to include a packing slip, gift receipt, or gift message. Upload the PDF to the file upload dialog box above in addition to the art print file. We will print it on plain office paper in black and white and include it in your package. There is no additional charge.

    If you want us to inventory any special items like postcards, buttons, or stickers for you, please supply or order those items so we can have them in stock before you order items that are being shipped directly to your customers. Each time you order, mention in the notes section (at the end of this form) that you want those items included in the shipment.

    Chipboard backing is included with all sleeves. It is required we use chipboard as it increases the integrety of the clear sleeve and allows us to insert the print without ripping the sleeve or bending the corners of the print.

    • Shipping price is based on the total contents per shipment, if you place multiple orders shipping to the same place, they will be invoiced together and shipped together.

    • All prints are either rolled or shipped flat.
      • This is dependent on the size of the print(s) and the quantity of prints ordered.
      • Rolled prints are loosely rolled to ensure no long term bends or crinkles.

    • All prints are wrapped tight in plastic for weatherproofing and to limit shifting in transit.

    • Ground shipping is included on all orders within the United States of America via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (whichever is less expensive for us, customers do not get a preference of shipping provider).
