Rules and Regulations:
• Liability Insurance is required for every event. Policies must list City of Santee as a Certificate Holder as well as Additionally Ensured. If you are not able to provide insurance naming the City of Santee as additionally insured, you can purchase insurance through the city.
• Please provide all your own booth equipment (Canopy, Table, Chairs, Table Cloth, etc.), unless purchasing rental equipment from the City.
• Utilize sandbags or other weights to secure your canopy. Please do not stake into the grass. Weights on all canopy legs are required and subject to Fire Marshall inspection.
• All activities must be conducted within your booth or the area immediately adjacent to your booth
• No sales may be conduced at your booth; however, opportunity drawings with free entry are permitted
• An engaging game, craft, activity, or a giveaway for kids is required.
