  • Peach Prep Tent Volunteer

    Assist with washing, peeling, and cutting peaches for use during the festival. Volunteers will use knives and must follow basic food safety and sanitation practices. Must be comfortable standing and working in a team environment.
     
     

  • Backstage Assistance Volunteer

    Support performing bands by helping with basic backstage needs. Responsibilities may include assisting with food and drink requests and ensuring bands have what they need. No sound or technical work required. Must be helpful, organized, and comfortable working with performers.

     
     

  • Festival Setup Volunteer

    Assist with preparing the festival grounds by hanging banners, setting up water jugs, placing signage, and helping move items into the correct locations. Must be comfortable being on your feet and assisting with light setup tasks.

     

  • Palisade Chamber Merchandise Volunteer

    Assist with selling Chamber merchandise during the festival. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the booth, organizing displays, and engaging with customers. Must be friendly, reliable, and comfortable handling sales transactions.

  • Volunteer Check In Volunteer

    Assist with welcoming and checking in volunteers using the check in system. Help direct volunteers to their assigned locations, answer questions, and provide general wayfinding and support. Must be organized, friendly, and comfortable working with basic software.

  • Gates and Attendee Check In Volunteer

    Serve as the first point of contact for festival attendees by assisting with ticket scanning and entry at the gates. Must be comfortable using ticketing technology, friendly, and ready to help solve issues quickly. This is a high visibility role that requires strong customer service and problem solving skills.

  • Green Team Volunteer

    Help keep the festival clean and sustainable by assisting with recycling and general grounds maintenance. Responsibilities may include picking up trash and monitoring waste areas. Must be comfortable with light physical work, communicate well, and follow direction from team leads.

  • Peach Pit Bar & Can-tina Volunteer

    Assist with alcohol sales, including checking wristbands for age verification and completing transactions. Must be comfortable handling alcohol, working quickly, standing for long periods, and following all required rules and procedures. Strong attention to detail and customer service skills are important.

  • Evening in the Orchard Set-Up

    Set Up Volunteers help prepare the orchard space before guests arrive by assisting with tables, chairs, linens, décor, signage, event materials, and other setup needs. This role is perfect for volunteers who enjoy hands on work, can follow direction well, and are comfortable helping create a welcoming and organized space for the evening.

  • Evening in the Orchard Set-Up and Registration

    Registration and Set Up Volunteers help create a smooth and friendly first impression for guests by assisting with registration materials, guest check in, wayfinding, and light setup needs before the event begins. This role is a great fit for volunteers who are welcoming, organized, comfortable talking with guests, and able to help keep the arrival process running smoothly.

  • Evening in the Orchard Parking Volunteer

    Parking Volunteers help guests arrive safely and easily by directing vehicles to designated parking areas, helping maintain traffic flow, and guiding guests toward registration or the event entrance. This role is best for volunteers who are comfortable being outside, standing for periods of time, and giving clear, friendly directions.

  • Evening in the Orchard Wine Pouring Volunteer, 21+ Only:

    Wine Pouring Volunteers support the guest experience by assisting with wine service during An Evening in the Orchard. Volunteers in this role must be 21 or older and will help pour wine, keep the serving area clean and stocked, interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, and follow all event guidelines for alcohol service. This role is best for volunteers who are comfortable speaking with guests, can remain attentive during service, and understand the importance of responsible alcohol service.

  • Evening in the Orchard Serving & Clean-Up:

    Serving and Clean Up Volunteers help support the guest experience by assisting with food service during An Evening in the Orchard. Volunteers in this role may help serve food, keep food service areas clean and organized, restock items as needed, answer basic guest questions, and support caterers or event staff throughout the evening. This role is best for volunteers who are friendly, helpful, comfortable being on their feet, and willing to jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.

  • WAIVER OF LIABILITY

    By submitting this volunteer registration form, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the 2026 Palisade Peach Festival as a volunteer. I understand that volunteering for this event may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.

    In consideration for being allowed to participate, I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks or losses that may result from my involvement. I agree to release, waive, and discharge the Palisade Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Palisade, the 2025 Palisade Peach Festival, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, and insurance carriers from any and all claims, actions, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage I may sustain while volunteering—regardless of whether such claims are caused by negligence or otherwise.

    I understand the Palisade Chamber of Commerce maintains volunteer insurance coverage, which may provide limited protection in the event of injury or loss. However, I agree that such coverage, if applicable, does not affect the validity of this waiver or my responsibility to act with reasonable care while volunteering.

    I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the parties listed above from any claims brought as a result of my conduct while volunteering at the event.

    By completing my registration through this platform, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver of Liability.
