Middaugh Chapter Achievement Awards -- 2026
BACKGROUND: Middaugh Chapter Achievement Awards recognize outstanding programs and projects conducted by the chapters. Nominations are accepted from individuals and Chapters. Submit one form for each activity that you wish to nominate. Activities may only be nominated in one category (i.e. a pumpkin sale that promoted agriculture and raised funds for the Chapter may be entered in either the "Promotion of Agriculture" category or the "Fundraising" category -- not both). DEADLINE: Nominations are accepted until 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on Friday, March 27, 2026.
NOTE: If your chapter has already filed a Chapter Activity Report with the National Office for a given activity, you do not have to submit this entry form for that activity. All 2025-2026 Academic Year Chapter Activity Reports filed with the National Office are automatically considered for the 2026 Middaugh Chapter Achievement Awards.
