Book Club Leader Requirements
Must be a member or regular attendee of VCMI - Charles County. Serve actively in at least one ministry. Demonstrate a hospitable and welcoming spirit. Commit to leading weekly or bi-weekly gatherings. Attend an orientation session prior to launch. Participate in one virtual check-in per month with the leadership team.
