  • What to Expect in a Session with Becka

    • Connection:  Sessions are held via Zoom for your comfort and convenience.
    • Scheduling:  Session times are verified and confirmed at least 24 hours prior and are scheduled to align for the highest good of all.  
    • Preparation & Communication:  Most communication between sessions happens through email, with the option to connect via WhatsApp or Telegram for brief check-ins or confirmations.  
    • Reminders:  You'll receive a session reminder approximately one hour before meeting.
    • Post-Session Support:  After each session, you'll receive an AI generated personal recap highlighting key insights, themes and next steps - allowing you to stay focused on integration rather than note-taking.
    • Environment:  You'll be encouraged to create a quiet, comfortable space where you can be fully present.    

    Each session is designed to feel calm, clear and intentional - giving you the structure, support & space to reconnect with your inner truth.
