Please Note: Space is strictly limited for this event. We will select only 10 vendors per Zone, for a total of 50 vendors overall.

All Vendor Applications will be reviewed and adjudicated by the Homecoming Committee to ensure a diverse and high-quality experience for attendees. Vendors accepted for this year's event will be notified of their selection status via email on or before April 1, 2026.

Liability Waiver and Release of Liability

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned, understand that participating in the Homecoming Festival involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness (such as foodborne illness or communicable diseases), and property damage. 

2. Release and Waiver
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Academy of Hope Adult Public Charter School, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the event, including those caused by the negligence of the organizers.

3. Medical Treatment
I authorize the event staff to seek medical treatment for me (or my minor child) in the event of an emergency. I understand that I am responsible for any costs associated with such medical care.

4. Media Release
I grant permission to Academy of Hope Adult Public Charter School to use photographs or videos taken of me during the festival for promotional purposes, including social media and websites.
